What does an online shopper do?

An online shopper is responsible for purchasing products on behalf of clients or companies through online platforms. Their duties typically include searching for specific items, comparing prices, ensuring product quality, placing orders, and arranging deliveries. Online shoppers frequently stage products in the correct temperature areas, follow special requests for each customer, relay order information to customers, and maintain the cleanliness of an online grocery area. Many online shoppers also provide in-store and online support. You may work for grocery stores, but this position is also available at some hardware stores and other large retailers.
