Looking for a flexible and engaging role in retail? As an Online Personal Shopper, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our guests receive the freshest, highest-quality groceries—picked with care and ready for pickup. If you enjoy working independently, and making someone’s day a little easier, this is the role for you!


What You’ll Do:

As an Online Shopper at Festival Foods for our Click N Go experience, you'll:

  • Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.

  • Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.

  • Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.

  • Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.

  • Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.

  • Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.

  • Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.

  • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

The Online Shopper is a part-time position (less than 28 hours per week) The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
