The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide elevated support to our Chief Growth Officer while also providing support to our Business Development and Marketing teams. This is more than a traditional administrative role—it's a strategic position that combines high-level executive support with meaningful exposure to business development and growth initiatives.

You'll be the organizational backbone of our growth-focused operations, ensuring seamless executive operations while actively contributing to the initiatives that drive Prospera's expansion. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Operations
  • Provide high-level executive support including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and orchestrating meeting logistics
  • Screen, prioritize, and route communications to ensure timely and appropriate responses
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements with accuracy and efficiency
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Remain flexible and responsive to urgent or time-sensitive business needs, including after-hours support when necessary
Business Development & Marketing Partnership
  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams on growth initiatives and outreach campaigns aligned with strategic objectives
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accuracy of business development data
  • Collaborate on sales collateral including pitch decks, case studies, and investment summaries
  • Provide data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness and support decision-making
  • Support additional executives and team members as needed to drive business objectives
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings end-to-end, including materials preparation and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the Events Planner on firm-sponsored events, providing logistics and on-site support
Office Operations & Administration
  • Oversee office operations including mail, shipping, and employee onboarding logistics (badge access, equipment setup)
  • Monitor office equipment and supplies, assisting with basic troubleshooting and maintaining functionality
  • Help maintain organized, professional shared office and meeting spaces
  • Provide backup support for fellow executive assistants
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Background
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in executive support, business development, or a related role
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership required; background in financial services, alternative investments, or private equity strongly preferred

Location & Availability
  • Based in Austin, TX, with the ability to work in-office four days per week and one day remote; parking provided
  • Familiarity with the local business environment and ability to effectively support in-person operations and leadership needs

  • Knowledge of settlement planning, structured settlements, or financial services products
