Job description

Overall Technical Program Manager
1) 15+ years of experience as an overall Program Manager managing PLM/ALM/QMS/MES implementation programs for large enterprises
2) Proven ability to define and manage program scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, issues, risks, and stakeholders' communications
3) Proven ability to organize large cross-functional teams, workshops for business process definitions, requirements elicitation and solution design, implementation and support with proven agenda/minutes/actions/communications management skills
4) Excellent written and oral communication skills including ability to have persuasive conversations at CxO and Senior Directors level at client's organizations
5) Ability to drive from front the program and various project teams underneath with evolving/no inputs
