This role specifically targets a diverse clientele struggling with mental health issues within a hospice care framework. You will encounter individuals grappling with terminal conditions, anxiety, depression, and other complex emotional challenges. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records and telehealth platforms to document and deliver care.
  • Ability to navigate complex care environments and foster relationships across various systems and organizations.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and a focus on client empowerment.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings with a preference for hospice or palliative care experience.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients with varying emotional and psychological needs.
