• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients' mental health concerns to develop an understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual goals of clients, taking into account their personal circumstances and preferences.
• Offer a range of counseling services including individual therapy, couples therapy, and group sessions, using suitable therapeutic interventions to foster client growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic support and ensure seamless coordination of care for all clients.
• Maintain confidential client records, adhering to legal regulations and ethical standards to ensure the integrity of client information.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development activities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Palms Medical Group, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing issues related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and addiction. • A valid and unencumbered license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and methodologies applicable to a diverse range of mental health disorders.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, particularly for clients dealing with acute mental health issues.

• Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic approaches or modalities.
