- The job is for a Senior NET Developer - POP Team (CR271)
- The job is remote and has a duration of 1 year
- The role involves developing applications and functions for various Policy systems like QMS, POP, PNP, and Billing Center
- The job requires hands-on experience in developing applications using C#/.Net Framework/SQL based databases and excellent skills in developing web applications using ASP.Net MVC and JavaScript frameworks
- The candidate should have strong SQL development skills, proficiency in Entity Framework and code first design, and experience in multi-tier architecture
- The candidate should have a BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree and at least 8 years of software development experience
- The candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable working in an Agile environment, and be able to write reports using various report generation tools
- The tasks include providing development support, leading other software engineers, defining and evolving the system architecture, recommending technologies based on product needs and industry trends, and developing creative solutions
- The candidate will also be responsible for providing work estimates, cross-training developers, improving project profitability, performing hands-on software design and development in .NET, and developing and executing unit tests for product components
- The candidate will also establish architectural standards and best practices, encourage innovative development methodologies, work closely with management to determine feasibility of product features, perform peer code reviews, and promote high quality, scalability, and timely completion of projects.
