Job Overview:ย 

The Investigations Specialist conducts investigations using databases to locate individuals and businesses for service of process. Communicate investigation findings to co-workers and customers to advise on the next steps of an order. This role is as part of the Investigations Team to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced office environment.ย This position is remote but located in Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses by reviewing findings for the subject of service of process and cross referencing previous aspects of an order.ย 
  • Communicate findings to customers and co-workers as neededย 
  • Answer investigations related phone calls and emailsย 
  • Update procedural documents and review existing proceduresย 

ย Qualifications:ย 

  • High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience requiredย 
  • Experience in an office environment and/or customer facing position preferredย 
  • Ability to work remotely with strong work ethicย 
  • Reliable with ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged informationย 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with peersย 
  • Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedbackย 
  • Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systemsย
