Join Brightside Health as a 100% remote, 1099 contractor therapist. Build a flexible, sustainable telehealth practice with steady referrals, free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and strong clinical support.
Brightside Health Teen Therapists not only specialize in the Teen Therapy program but also actively contribute to the general adult population. Additionally, they have the opportunity to undergo specialized training in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) within our Suicide Prevention program. We firmly believe in extending care to those who need it most, encompassing both teens and individuals facing an elevated risk of suicide.

Your Role as a Teen Therapist at Brightside Health:
  • Provide structured, effective, and developmentally-appropriate treatment within the Teen Therapy program.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical leadership to address the unique needs of adolescent clients. Case consultation meetings are not mandatory, but we offer them for your clinical support.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly, reliable therapist portal that includes digital tools for streamlined documentation
  • Draw on automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement, and progress monitoring measures to track and adjust treatment plans
  • Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow therapists as part of the growing therapist community
  • Maintain a well-balanced caseload by serving clients in both Brightside's Therapy program and the Teen program. Additionally, you have the option to provide support for clients in our Suicide Prevention Program, offering the flexibility to work across all three of Brightside's programs.

What We're Looking For:
  • Master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program
  • An independent license in the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) from the USA (2+ state licenses is a huge plus)
  • Licensed independently as a Therapist, Counselor or Psychologist for at least 1 year
  • Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to both individual adult population and the adolescent population struggling with a diverse range of mental health disorders.
  • Must welcome treating all backgrounds and be committed to delivering culturally responsive care
  • Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
