• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapeutic strategies tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to families, couples, and individuals, helping them to navigate various life challenges.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic methodologies—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—to facilitate growth and healing.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic care plan that accounts for all aspects of a client’s mental health journey.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and methodologies.

The Teen Therapy Counseling Center serves a diverse population, with a focus on adolescents, families in crisis, and individuals struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in providing tailored strategies that foster resilience and empower clients to reclaim their mental well-being.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling context is essential, demonstrating your capacity to work with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
