Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that address unique circumstances.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families. Techniques may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities relevant to the client's situation.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to encourage community engagement and knowledge sharing among clients, addressing prevalent mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care, promoting the best outcomes for clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention services to assist clients in mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and resources as needed.
  • Educate clients about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to empower them on their journey to well-being.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience
