Position Overview

Brace Your Mind Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver high-quality therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and systemic approaches.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists and social workers, to create comprehensive treatment plans that foster collaborative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical work in compliance with organizational and legal standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in regular case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in therapy and mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current LMFT license in the state of California.
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy services, with a strong emphasis on family systems and relational therapy.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
