By focusing on a client-centered approach, you will play a vital role in guiding them through their mental health journeys, using therapy to empower them to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Current LMFT license in the state of California.
  • Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
Preferred Experience

  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. This encompasses health insurance, dental and vision plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions to support your future financial health.
