How you will impact the organization...

The Revenue Operations team at Consensus is the high-impact team that drives global Sales Strategy, Analytics, Sales Planning, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, and Master Data Management (MDM) for all revenue driving teams.
Within this MDM function, we are looking for our new Master Data Management (MDM) and Technology PM. This person will manage key projects focused on Salesforce applications and platforms and MDM Methodology. They'll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion. They'll ensure that programs and solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience and/or developer experience.
  • 1+ years Experience with project management tools like Atlassian.
  • 1+ years Experience writing process documents and creating flowcharts.
  • Experience contributing to cross-functional projects including understanding of project life cycles.
  • Experience researching CRM and sales processes to determine industry best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent project management skills, including managing large, complex projects.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales cycles and related processes.

The salary range for this role is $140,000-$150,000 USD annually.  The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
