As a Salesforce Team Lead, you will manage a team of developers, administrators, and analysts, guiding them through the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. You will be responsible for solution design, Salesforce platform optimization, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all implementations meet business needs and follow best practices.
