Job Title: Senior Salesforce Consultant - Experience Cloud Location: USA (Remote) US Citizen or GC only Contract: 6 Months as of now Job description: A results-driven Senior Salesforce Consultant with deep hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, specializing in the development of custom, employee-focused intranet sites. This role requires strong capabilities in building scalable and branded portals using Lightning Components and configuration-based tools. The candidate should also bring a solid understanding of UX design principles to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customer to gather requirements and define user journeys for use cases
  • Design and develop branded, responsive, and user-friendly intranet portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Customize Experience Cloud templates, pages, and navigation to support business needs
  • Build and configure Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and declarative tools to enhance the portal's functionality
  • Ensure UX best practices are applied to site layout, navigation, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility
  • Configure visibility rules, page variations, audiences, and user access settings
  • Integrate Experience Cloud site with internal Salesforce data and external systems as needed
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
  • Work with business stakeholders, designers, and developers in an Agile environment
  • Conduct demos and training sessions for business users when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Total IT Industry experience 10+ Years
  • Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform
  • Minimum 3+ years of focused experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
  • Strong expertise in configuring custom experience sites, Lightning pages, flows, and CMS components
  • Experience with LWC, screen flows, dynamic forms, declarative configurations, Apex and SOQL.
  • Good understanding of UX principles and ability to translate design ideas into functional components
  • Knowledge of sharing settings, permissions, and audience targeting in Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce Certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Administrator, or Platform App Builder
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
