The Forehand Agency seeks a remote Sales Consultant responsible for proactive outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and managing the sales pipeline. This role emphasizes relationship building, consistent activity, and measurable results within a small, collaborative team. Must hold, or be able to obtain and maintain, a state life and health insurance license.

  • Key responsibilities
    • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach using a consultative sales approach.
    • Develop and communicate clear product value propositions to prospects and decision-makers.
    • Create and execute targeted outbound strategies for assigned accounts to generate qualified opportunities.
    • Promptly follow up on inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and progress prospects through the sales cycle.
    • Close sales or hand off deals to appropriate internal teams when required.
    • Accurately record all interactions, outcomes, and pipeline activity in the CRM to maintain forecast visibility.
    • Monitor performance metrics and adjust outreach to improve conversion and productivity.
    • Collaborate with teammates and management to refine messaging, processes, and outreach tactics.
  • Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college students, recent graduates, interns, and career changers encouraged to apply.
