What you will be doing:

  • Design and optimize material flow by implementing end-to-end processes, leveraging LEAN principles to ensure efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure seamless integration across the supply chain.
  • Plan and coordinate complex, cross-functional logistics processes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and enhance IT-supported logistics planning tools, considering new and modified planning methods.
  • Develop timelines, resource allocation strategies, and cost calculations to support logistics and supply chain initiatives.
  • Design, model, and implement SAP-compatible system solutions tailored to business requirements.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Management/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering and 5 years of logistics planning, materials management or material flow design experience; OR
  • 9 years of logistics planning, materials management or material flow design experience.

Preferred:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain structures, material flow systems, and cost analysis
  • Excellent understanding of computer applications and/or controlled systems.
  • Excellent level of analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Excellent understanding of modern inventory management principles
