Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: Location Juno Beach. Remote is an option for qualified candidates.

Required:
Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL(required);
  • Experience with high-voltage transmission and substation project management;
  • Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100 million in budget;
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations;
  • Experience preparing RFP packages to source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services;
  • Experience with project scope, schedule, and budget integration;
  • Availability to travel domestically and to Canada (~25%);
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Preferred:
  • PMP Certification;

Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of project scope, budget, schedule, procurement, engineering, permitting, and land plans to ensure projects are execution-ready;
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through pre-construction activities across Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations;
  • Manage integration across project scope, schedule, and budget;
  • Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services;
  • Support Estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models;
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management;
