POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Analyze revenue cycle metrics and data to identify opportunities to improve revenue, collections, and overall financial performance.
  • Develop recurring and ad-hoc revenue cycle reports, analyze large datasets, and transform complex information into actionable financial insights.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify denial management, timely filing, payment reconciliation, and patient collection opportunities.
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and cross-functional teams to address identified opportunities, reduce avoidable exceptions, and improve collections performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, marketplace dynamics, and payer activity while presenting analytical findings and recommendations to leadership.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Healthcare, Accounting, or a related field preferred with 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle or analytical experience.
  • Strong experience analyzing large datasets with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL and Tableau experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare claims data, reimbursement processes, payer contracts, denial management, and revenue cycle operations.
  • Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and business intelligence skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently drive results and meet deadlines.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $65,000-70,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
