Position Summary 

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Account Executive who is passionate about being part of an elite sales organization while also growing a unique and burgeoning industry.

This role will be fully remote but will never operate in a silo. We are a tight knit team with daily stand-ups, and we offer resources, tools, training, and support/coaching as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quota while managing the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Generate pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting resulting in meeting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining accurate forecasts
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product orgs to drive the roadmap
  • Promote and advocate the Jane brand and values + travel to trade shows and events
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of top performing quota-carrying experience selling a complex B2B SaaS solution
  • Experience selling to business owners and operators at SMB/mid-market companies
  • Ecommerce, retail-tech, vertical-SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with sales methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, ProActive Selling, etc.)
  • Comfort with technical discovery and integrations/APIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, Claude
  • Ability to proactively operate in a ambiguous and fast-paced environment with emotional intelligence and clear communication skills
  • Actively seeks coaching and feedback, participates in team film reviews, and uses performance data to adjust their approach
 

The compensation range for this position is $87,000-$99,000 with an On Target Earnings of $145,000–$165,000, and a variable range of $55,000-$65,000 (60/40 split) annually in addition to benefits and equity. The starting compensation is based on various factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs. The range of a role and compensation provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop at Jane.
