WIS Retail Hourly Recruiter Job Preview 

The Retail Hourly Recruiter will be responsible for successfully recruiting, hiring and onboarding new Inventory & Reset associates in designated geographies. In partnership with operations, Regional Talent Managers, Business Partners, and Leadership, the hourly recruiter will be accountable for delivering quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Recruiter is responsible for ensuring a positive and professional Candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process. The Retail Hourly Recruiter embodies the company values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork, additionally a focus on customer dedication, and making safety and security a personal priority.

Team Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Experience in social networking with an established LinkedIn network in-place. Knowledgeable about the use of Social Media marketing (X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, etc.) as they apply to recruiting
  • Prior hands-on knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ICIMS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment of passive candidates
  • Knowledge of federal employment and labor laws related to recruiting
  • Ability to interact with all levels of company employees in a confidential and discreet manner
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other recruitment applications/software

Working Conditions

Work will be sedentary most times: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. This is a virtual remote position.
