The Talent Recruiter of Field Sales is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring high-quality Retail Sales Associates for a nationwide wireless sales program operating inside Walmart Supercenter locations across the United States. This role partners closely with field leadership and hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are met while delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven recruiter with experience in high-volume recruiting, retail call center hiring, and 3PL relations management. Success in this role requires strong organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings across various markets simultaneously.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the front-end recruitment process for Retail Sales Associate positions across Walmart locations nationwide, including building pipelines, developing job ad campaigns, managing applicant platform spend, and processing click analytics.

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.

  • Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Present qualified candidates to field leadership and provide hiring recommendations.

  • Extend employment offers and facilitate pre-employment requirements.

  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and labor market trends.
