Remote - Field Service Technician – Heavy Equipment

Bowling Green, KY


Salary: $32–$35/hour - Plus Truck

Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (hours may vary)

Location: Bowling Green, KY – 100% Field-Based (Fully Remote)

All parts shipped directly to your home


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical deficiencies on heavy equipment in field environments
  • Perform independent field service repairs without direct supervision
  • Repair and replace components including engines, hydraulic systems, air conditioning, suspension, braking, steering, drive-train, and electrical systems
  • Perform welding, brazing, fabrication, and modification of parts and equipment as required
  • Read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Source, order, and install replacement parts as needed to complete repairs
  • Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and DOT requirements
  • Communicate repair causes and corrective actions to supervisors and customers
  • Travel and work remotely, including overnight stays, as required
  • Operate fully remote from home; company ships parts directly to your residence for dispatch to job sites


Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Technical or vocational school training (preferred)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • General knowledge of complex hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and drive-train systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, drive-train, and air conditioning systems
