The Sr. Service Dispatch Coordinator for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for support of the Service Organization and Beckman Coulter Customers and will be responsible for ensuring that critical equipment in hospitals, doctor's offices, reference laboratories, and research institutes across the country are serviced and maintained in an efficient manner.

This position reports to the Field Service Supervisor and is part of the Service Organization located in Indianapolis, IN and will be a Remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the planning and scheduling of field resources for Installations, Preventative Maintenance, and Field Modifications while balancing the urgent needs of a complex customer base for Emergency Repairs for that same instrumentation
  • Utilize Service Max and Oracle to perform critical tasks such as retrieving customer and other installed base information, inventory availability, part order status, work order updates, and to make changes as required with a sense of urgency
  • Partner with the Field Service teams at all levels of seniority to support customer's needs and drive revenue growth by verifying and collecting purchase orders as well as identifying revenue generating opportunities and manage the strategic scheduling of Field Service resources while balancing competing priorities such as Product Training; Mentoring; Inventory Cycle Counts; Vehicle Maintenance and Time Off

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • High School Diplomaor GED
  • 4+ years of experience in a Coordination/Dispatching environment or related customer service experience
  • Knowledge of standard Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office, Teams, Outlook)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Project coordination experience including managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Oracle/Service Max or similar SMS is desired
  • Effectively demonstrating communication with all levels of leadership

Thehourly range for this role is$28.00 - $35.00.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
