Dispatching Experience is Required

This is not an entry-level position.

We are seeking someone with previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience. Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or another skilled trade is strongly preferred.

A Day in the Life

Every day is different, but one thing stays the same--you are the hub of our operation. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep our technicians moving efficiently is what keeps our customers happy.

Your day begins by reviewing each technician's schedule, verifying start times, making sure every call is ready to go, and checking for any emergency service requests that came in overnight.

From there, you'll keep the day running by:

• Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism, urgency, and outstanding customer service.
• Scheduling service calls for existing customers quickly and efficiently.
• Entering new customers into our system while explaining our services, rates, and scheduling process.
• Monitoring a busy service email inbox and responding to incoming service requests.
• Dispatching technicians and adjusting schedules throughout the day as priorities change.
• Keeping customers informed with technician arrival windows and scheduling updates.
• Monitoring technician progress throughout the day to keep schedules running efficiently.
• Receiving and checking in incoming repair parts, then coordinating those repairs to be scheduled as quickly as possible.
• Building the following day's technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize drive time.
• Calling customers to confirm the next day's appointments after the schedule has been finalized.

This is a fast-paced position that typically handles 50-100+ inbound calls per day, along with a busy email queue. If you enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized, you'll thrive here.

What We're Looking For

• Dispatching experience is required.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or another skilled trade is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while managing phones, emails, technician schedules, and changing priorities.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with CRM or dispatch software is preferred.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets).
• Comfortable working with multiple computer monitors.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
