What You Will DoFacilitate the introduction of students and tutors based on academic needs and student preferencesServe as a primary point of contact for tutors, providing proactive communication and supportManage active tutoring engagements to ensure smooth scheduling and service deliveryActively support new tutor acquisition to meet regional and subject demandMaintain accurate records in CRM and internal systemsResolve scheduling issues and service concerns with professionalism and empathyMonitor performance metrics related to placements, satisfaction, retention, and tutor supplyContribute to a positive and collaborative team cultureWho Thrives HereYou're naturally a people person. The position operates in a multi-monitor workstation environment (typically three monitors) and involves frequent switching between systems, screens, and applications to manage client, tutor, and scheduling information in real time. We're primarily hiring with the range of 9AMโ7 PM PST shift, with a one hour lunch break.
