Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

MUST be located within ~1 hour of Columbus, OH to support local customers. Will need to go to customer locations on occassion, will be a remote role when not visiting customer locations)

Position Overview
We are seeking aTalent Acquisition Specialist who may be looking to grow their career in TA. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, reveneue generating environment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving revenue through strategic business development and successful placements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing talent
  • Generate revenue through contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements
  • Travel to customer sites in Ohio as needed
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterlyrevenue targets
  • Utilize CRM/ATS systems to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
  • Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and ai technology
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales in the Facility Management Industry
  • Experience speaking with customers, vendors, etc. either face to face or over the phone
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven setting
  • Proficiency/knowledge ofsourcing platforms (Indeed, AI Tools, job boards, etc.)
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
