• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops that promote personal development, resilience, and coping strategies among participants.
• Collaborate closely with various hospital departments and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, ensuring seamless integration of services.
• Engage in outreach initiatives, including mental health awareness campaigns and wellness events, to promote community education and destigmatization of mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations, thereby ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals from different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and varying socioeconomic statuses. • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Proven ability to navigate the complex mental health challenges often faced by hospital patients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of contemporary evidence-based practices and brief therapeutic models applicable in a counseling center environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse patient caseload effectively.

While we require a minimum of two years of relevant experience, candidates who have experience working in outpatient counseling or clinical settings within hospitals are highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth services is also advantageous, enhancing the delivery of care in a remote work environment.
