Job description

Are you a detail-orientedย Texas Licensed real estate professionalย who loves keeping transactions organized, accurate, and moving smoothly from contract to close? Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to support agents, ensure compliance, and help drive operational excellence? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking aย Commission Compliance Administrator (CCA)ย to oversee the commission and transaction compliance functions for an individual Keller Williams Market Center.ย This full-time position offers the potential of flexibility of some remote workย environment while providing the opportunity to play a critical role in supporting one of the industry's leading real estate organizations.


MUST HAVE

  • **Active Texas Real Estate License required**
  • **Real estate industry experience required**
  • **Must reside within the United States, preferably in Texas**
  • **Strong working knowledge of real estate transactions and commission processes**


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As the Commission Compliance Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring commission accuracy, transaction compliance, and operational integrity throughout the transaction process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and issuing Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs)
  • Reviewing transaction files to ensure compliance, accuracy, and proper commission calculations
  • Reviewing and approving Opportunities within Command
  • Processing commission adjustments, corrections, and updates
  • Auditing agent billing deductions and commission-related charges
  • Maintaining projected closing and canceled transaction reports
  • Providing agents with transaction and financial documentation as needed
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate agent roster records
  • Assisting with End-of-Month (EOM) and End-of-Year (EOY) reporting
  • Supporting transaction compliance communication and follow-up efforts
  • Contributing to the overall success of the Market Center through operational excellence and attention to detail

  • Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Experienced in real estate transactions, commissions, and compliance
  • Comfortable reviewing contracts, financial documents, and transaction records
  • A strong communicator who can professionally support agents and leadership
