About the job Attorney- Remote Real Estate Associate- South Florida Company Overview: Reputable boutique law firm specializes in real estate law, providing expert legal services in transactions, financing, and development. Law firms client base includes national developers, financial institutions, lenders, family offices, private equity firms, hotel operators, and real estate investors. Tremendous growth opportunity for a real estate attorney who will work with commercial and residential real estate matters, handling complex projects from acquisitions and dispositions to development and financing Position Overview: Highly successful law firm seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney with 4 plus years experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and entity formation. The law firm is based in Southern Florida and is a Remote position (only 3 or so required meetings per month in the law firms office). Key Responsibilities: Advise on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and refinancing.

Provide legal counsel on financing, construction loans, and refinancing for both borrowers and lenders. Advice on development projects, zoning, permits, and construction financing. Provide guidance on entity formation, joint ventures, and debt-equity structures.

Manage complex real estate deals, integrating corporate elements and negotiating contracts. Advise on lease agreements and property management issues for commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties. Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school.

High level law firm background Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 4+ years of experience in commercial & residential real estate law with a focus on transactions, financing, and development.
