This exciting role will allow you to leverage your expertise in Trust & Estates, Estate Planning, Estate Plan, Probate, Trust Administration, Estate Administration, Wills, Power of Attorney, Estate Tax, Gift Tax, Fiduciary, 1031 Exchange, and Wealth Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our clients' estate planning and trust administration needs. You will provide strategic advice, draft and review documents, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice on trust and estate planning, wealth management, and related tax matters.
2. Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
3. Oversee all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, estate tax returns, and fiduciary accountings.
4. Advise clients on strategies for minimizing estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
5. Handle complex legal issues related to 1031 exchanges, fiduciary duties, and wealth preservation strategies.
6. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to trust and estate planning and administration.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
