Salary Range: $70-80k plus commission ($130 OTE)

  Job Summary

BankSocial is seeking a Regional Sales Account Executive to drive the adoption of our unified Open Banking platform among community financial institutions. You will be responsible for selling our modular ecosystem, which includes Remint (payments & rails), Prospera (investments & wealth), Secura (fraud & identity), and FiCU (human execution services). Our mission is to empower Credit Unions and Banks to compete with big-tech apps by providing a seamless, core-integrated digital experience that helps members own their financial future.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with Credit Unions and Banks within the assigned region.

  • Execute a consultative sales process, demonstrating how BankSocial's unified platform reduces vendor sprawl and enhances member engagement.

  • Partner with institutional leadership to align BankSocial products with their strategic goals for growth and digital transformation.

  • Present technical demonstrations of the platform, focusing on core connectivity and regulatory readiness.

  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and solution architecture teams to ensure client success from first interaction to live integration.

  • Maintain active pipeline management and CRM hygiene.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of selling technology solutions to financial institutions, specifically within the Credit Union or Community Banking sectors.

  • Experience with core banking platform integrations (e.g., Alkami, Keystone) and understanding of regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA, NCUA).

  • Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including real-time payments (FedNow, RTP), digital assets, and fraud prevention.

  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust at the executive level.

  • Mission-driven mindset with a passion for cooperative finance and democratic access to innovation.

  • Proven experience with consultative selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) targets.

  • Net new institutional client acquisitions per quarter.
