Quantum Psych Recovery Clinic is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to become an integral part of our compassionate care team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while allowing you to provide remote therapy services to individuals and families in Berkeley, California. • Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, values, and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote healing and resilience among clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care resources to empower them in their healing journey.
• Monitor and track each client's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorders and innovative therapeutic strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in case consultations and participate in team meetings and professional development activities to foster your growth.
• Advocate for clients' mental health needs and work towards reducing the stigma associated with mental health challenges.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, primarily focusing on those experiencing relationship difficulties, divorce, and mood disorders. By understanding and addressing the complex dynamics within these client populations, you will facilitate meaningful change and improvement in their mental health and overall well-being.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to create a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and transgenerational approaches will be considered a valuable asset. Familiarity with policies surrounding mental health care and practical experience in a remote therapy setting are beneficial.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 - 140,000 per year, with a signing bonus of $3,000 to qualified candidates. In addition to financial compensation, you will enjoy extensive benefits, including:
