Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a supportive virtual team environment. At Quantum Psych Recovery Clinic, we utilize telehealth technology and online collaboration tools to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., facilitating a structured yet adaptable working schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms and relational issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their healing journey.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Advocate for mental health awareness and the de-stigmatization of mental health issues within the community.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

This role primarily involves working with individuals and families navigating complex relational dynamics, including those experiencing divorce or significant changes in their family structure. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and seek therapy services to address mood disorders, communication issues, and interpersonal conflicts. The ultimate goal is to facilitate understanding, healing, and improved relationships.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Professionalism with strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle workload effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with one or more therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, or narrative therapy is preferred. Familiarity with issues surrounding divorce and family restructuring will be beneficial in catering to our target client population.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, along with a substantial sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates.
