We're seeking an experienced public policy coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in public policy. This role includes teaching core skills in policy analysis, public administration, legislative advocacy, and nonprofit management, and helping students build these capabilities through consistent, practical skill building. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy, as well as freelancing for those pursuing independent consulting work in the space. Ideal candidates have professional experience in public policy, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex policy and organizational topics. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
