Consumer Insights Team
The Consumer Insights team at Marquee Brands is focused on understanding consumer behavior, brand performance, and market opportunities to guide brand strategy and growth. This team supports the entire portfolio of brands with actionable insights that drive decisions across marketing, product development, retail strategy, and licensing.
POSITION DETAILS
Marquee Brands seeks a Consumer Insights Intern to support the development and execution of a full-cycle research study over the course of the summer. This includes designing, programming, and fielding a survey, analyzing the results, and building a final report with key takeaways and recommendations.
Here's what you'll do here
  • Get hands-on mentorship while helping build an end-to-end consumer research projectwith real business implications for Marquee Brand's portfolio
  • Assist in writing survey questions and programming the survey into a research platform
  • Conduct secondary research or competitive analysis to supplement primary data
  • Monitor data collection and ensure data quality throughout the fielding process
  • Analyze survey results using Excel or statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar)
  • Synthesize insights into a clear, visually engaging report and gain experience presenting to internal stakeholders, ultimately helping guide strategic decisions

You're going to need this to carry out this job
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience with or strong interest in survey research and analysis
  • Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Forsta, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

About the Internship
The internship will be an 8-week full-time program running from September 22nd- November 13th and will require the intern to be in office Monday-Thurs (Hours could be adjusted as needed to fit class schedule). The hourly rate will be $17 / hr.
