• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to facilitate meaningful change.
• Assist clients in crisis situations using de-escalation techniques and provide timely support to ensure safety and stability.
• Collect, analyze, and record client data to monitor progress and make informed treatment recommendations.
• Maintain professional presentation and conduct in all virtual sessions, creating a trusting and therapeutic space for clients.

Our client population is diverse, requiring a counselor with expertise in trauma-informed care and an understanding of the developmental considerations that affect individuals throughout their life span. The successful candidate will be well-versed in pediatric mental health care while also being capable of addressing various adult mental health challenges. Familiarity with integration counseling, including professional psychedelic integration practices, is a plus, enhancing the treatment modalities available at Four Winds Therapy.

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHC-A).
• A minimum of one year of experience working within behavioral health settings.
• Strong commitment to upholding confidentiality and professional ethical standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.

• Proficiency in crisis management and de-escalation strategies.
• Experience providing therapeutic services in various mental health and educational settings.
• Lived experience within the mental health or healthcare systems, enriching clinical practices and client interactions.
• Familiarity with data collection methodologies, documentation practices, and related technology.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
