This remote full-time position allows for flexibility in working hours, targeting a salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year.

This role operates in a virtual setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a professional and therapeutic atmosphere. Despite the remote nature of the position, you will have access to individualized professional supervision tailored to your developmental needs. Our outpatient office model ensures that you are consistently supported by your colleagues, enabling a dynamic and interactive approach to client care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate documentation of client progress to inform ongoing treatment decisions.
• Utilize crisis management techniques effectively, providing support and de-escalation when necessary.
• Maintain a compassionate, confidential, and secure environment for all virtual sessions.

Our clients represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, from children's developmental concerns to adults experiencing trauma or anxiety. As a therapist with Four Winds Therapy, you will engage with a varied patient base, allowing you to leverage your skills across the lifespan and specialize in pediatric mental health care if desired.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline is required.
• Current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or an Associate (LMHC-A) is essential.
• A strong background working in behavioral or mental health settings with an emphasis on trauma-informed methodologies.

• At least 1 year of counseling experience is required, demonstrating a robust ability to connect with clients and manage varying degrees of mental health disorders.
• Experience providing mental health counseling and/or integration counseling services.
• Familiarity with current research, including strategies for professional psychedelic integration counseling, is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with documentation processes and relevant technology to support client care.
