Responsibilities may include reviewing patient records, ensuring treatments meet policy guidelines, and collaborating with healthcare providers. To thrive as a Remote LPN Insurance professional, you need a valid LPN license, strong clinical knowledge, and experience in patient assessment and documentation, often paired with prior insurance or case management experience. Familiarity with insurance claims systems, case management software, and electronic health records (EHRs) is typically required. Outstanding attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential soft skills in this remote role. These competencies ensure accuracy in claims assessment, effective communication with patients and providers, and overall efficiency in a virtual work environment.

Most work is conducted online or via phone, requiring a high level of comfort with technology and independent time management.
