• Provide comprehensive telehealth therapy services to clients of varying backgrounds using secure virtual platforms.
• Conduct client intakes and develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of mental health needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client goals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all client interactions and update treatment plans regularly in compliance with state regulations and best practices.
• Offer crisis intervention and make appropriate referrals to additional services as necessary to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic techniques to meet evolving needs effectively.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. • A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• An active and unrestricted Washington State license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and commitment to adapting to new digital tools for remote therapy delivery.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in mental health counseling, is preferred.
• Experience working in a remote environment, including utilizing virtual communication tools and platforms efficiently.
• A background in treating diverse populations is a plus.
