• Provide high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy services tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough patient assessments, ensuring continuity of care.
• Utilize various data collection methods, including interviews and observational techniques, to evaluate patients and identify issues that require intervention.
• Prepare and submit required client documentation within 24 hours of service delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending and completing all mandatory training sessions.

At Life Bridge, you will work with a diverse client population seeking support and guidance for various mental health challenges. Our clients may include individuals exploring non-traditional therapeutic methods, such as psychedelic integration therapy, alongside those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Your role will be integral in helping clients achieve profound personal growth and transformation within a supportive and safe therapeutic framework.

• Possession of a LCSW designation or an equivalent in a directly related field.
• A Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work is preferred.
• Credentialing on insurance panels is required to facilitate service coverage.
• Must hold malpractice insurance at the time of employment.
• Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 (53-minute) therapy sessions per week.
• A strong proficiency in utilizing digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and telehealth technologies.

• Experience applying hands-on mental health counseling methods and techniques in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of the humanitarian and ethical practices associated with social work, alongside clinical counseling principles and methodologies.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical issues affecting patient rights and client confidentiality.
• A belief in a holistic approach to mental health care that includes non-traditional practices, such as meditation, hypnosis, breathwork, and support for non-ordinary states of consciousness.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, reflective of both industry standards and the candidate's experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive annual salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
