This is a full-time remote position offering flexibility to accommodate various schedules, with a standard working hours window from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work from the comfort of your own space while collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals committed to redefining mental health therapy within our detox center's virtual setting.

• Deliver comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy services tailored to individual client needs, ensuring therapeutic approaches align with Life Bridge’s holistic philosophy.
• Develop detailed treatment plans that incorporate the client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals, and prepare effective discharge plans when appropriate.
• Engage in thorough data collection through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to assess patient backgrounds and needs accurately.
• Analyze data to diagnose causes of mental health concerns, guiding your therapeutic approach and, when necessary, making referrals to specialists.
• Ensure timely documentation of client interactions by submitting thorough reports within 24 hours of service delivery, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of client records.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions to stay updated on the latest practices, methodologies, and compliance measures within the field.

Our diverse client base includes individuals seeking mental health support through traditional means and those open to integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness into their therapeutic journey. You will work with clients at various stages of their lives and challenges, from detoxification to the preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences. Your role in fostering trust and understanding is vital to their healing process.

• Possession of an active LCSW designation or a closely related credential is essential.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work is required.
• Must have the capability to be credentialed on insurance panels for billing purposes.
• Maintain active malpractice insurance to safeguard your practice.
• A minimum caseload of 10 sessions (53 minutes each) per week is required to ensure adequate client support.
• Strong proficiency with digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms to manage documentation effectively.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly with a holistic or integrative approach.
• Familiarity with non-traditional practices such as dreamwork, meditation, hypnosis, breathwork, and psychedelic support.
• Experience working within telehealth frameworks to deliver effective remote therapy.

The annual salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, education, and geography.
