We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Manager to oversee and develop public sector proposals from intake to submission. This role involves crafting clear and persuasive responses that effectively communicate the value and functionality of our solutions. What You Will do Oversee the entire proposal development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with public sector RFP requirements. Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals, ensuring timely submissions. Analyze and review RFPs from various entities, including government agencies, healthcare organizations, and educational institutions, to understand specific requirements, compliance guidelines, and evaluation criteria.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop winning proposal strategies that align with the public sector's unique requirements. Develop and manage comprehensive proposal content and templates, ensuring that messaging is clear, consistent, and persuasive. Tailor content to comply with regulatory and technical specifications.

Facilitate collaboration between sales, sales engineers, legal, marketing, and product teams to develop comprehensive proposals. Serve as the central point of contact for all proposal-related communication and updates. Implement rigorous quality control processes to review proposal content for compliance, accuracy, grammar, and clarity.

Ensure that all proposals meet internal and external standards prior to submission. Identify potential risks in proposal development and submission, and develop mitigation strategies to address these risks proactively. Ensure contingency plans are in place to handle last-minute changes or corrections.

Assist in the preparation of supporting documentation, such as certifications, security questionnaires, and compliance attestations. Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
