Position Overview 

Job Title: Account Manager

Work Hours: Full-time (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday)

Location: Remote -  United States

Job Summary
As an Account Manager at BatchData, you will own a book of business across the prop-tech and home services industries, driving retention, expansion, and new customer acquisition. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, ensuring they get maximum value from BatchData's products while consistently hitting revenue targets. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a named book of accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue quotas

  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities across your portfolio

  • Conduct regular business reviews to understand evolving client needs and proactively surface solutions

  • Manage contract negotiations and renegotiations with professionalism and urgency

  • Partner with Support to resolve client issues quickly and with minimal friction

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in Salesforce; meet daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs

  • Stay current on industry trends in real estate, prop-tech, and data APIs and bring insights to client conversations

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or a customer-facing revenue role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B environment

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools (Outreach, Gong, etc.)

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously

  • Preferred: Experience in real estate, prop-tech, data, or API-driven SaaS

  • Preferred: Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing models
