This full-time position plays a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health care and fostering emotional wellness among our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and formulate pre-crisis and crisis plans, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment methodologies as required.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client independence.
  • Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and state agencies or community partners, ensuring continuity of care and support.
  • Maintain clear communication channels with clients, families, program staff, and external partners to fulfill contractual standards and uphold organizational mission.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and explore funding opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training, conferences, and workshops relevant to mental health practices.
  • Promote integration of the agencyโ€™s core mission and values in all interactions and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance operational efficiency.
