• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services and formulate pre-crisis and crisis plans, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate and monitor patient progress, adapting treatment methodologies as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client independence.
• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of care.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and state agencies or community partners, ensuring continuity of care and support.
• Maintain clear communication channels with clients, families, program staff, and external partners to fulfill contractual standards and uphold organizational mission.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and explore funding opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training, conferences, and workshops relevant to mental health practices.
• Promote integration of the agency’s core mission and values in all interactions and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance operational efficiency.

The clients served at Bright Harbor Wellness Solutions come from a variety of backgrounds and face diverse challenges, including but not limited to mental illness, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. • A Master’s degree in a mental health field is required.
• Possession of a valid and independent LMHC license is mandatory.

• Experience in community mental health settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our compensation package includes:
