Roles and Tasks

Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure progress completion on milestone deliverables

Ensure that risks and issues are identified, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner

Status projects according to timeline and document a path to green if delivery risks are identified

Follow established PMO procedures for project management

Assist cross functional teams in defining/writing business and system requirements

Meet with teams as needed to capture updates on milestone tasks and report via PMO methods

Define communication, escalation, and change plans

Understand and document critical path milestones with ownership and target dates

Collaborate with department teams to determine feasibility and define scope

Employ standard project management skills to maintain scope, budget, and resource expectations

Other duties as assigned
