Our Community Health Clinic operates as an outpatient mental health facility, allowing for a flexible and encouraging work environment. As a remote position, our LCSW will have the autonomy to create a healthy work-life balance while effectively managing a caseload of clients. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to develop customized treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-focused therapy interventions.
• Providing individual psychotherapy utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques tailored to patient needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate integrated care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to discuss treatment efficacy and share best practices within the team.
• Empowering patients and their families through education about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can aid their recovery.
• Staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and methodologies, applying this knowledge to better serve your clients.

You will serve a diverse population within the community, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. The clinic has a commitment to inclusivity and trauma-informed care, ensuring that every patient receives respectful and culturally competent support tailored to their unique backgrounds and needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Social Worker in Texas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on providing effective psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and a solid understanding of various therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective patient engagement and collaboration with team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to mental health challenges.

While not required, experience working in community health settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous. Any additional training or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably, as will proficiency in serving bilingual or multicultural populations.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
