What you’ll do: 

  • Program Management: Design, implement, and manage programs and processes to improve the employee experience, including project management, vendor management, content creation, communications, and program analytics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure the simplicity, relevancy, and value of programs, and provide guidance to HRBPs to support successful adoption
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement a core onboarding experience for all employees.
  • Recognition: Manage our internal recognition platform and lead recognition initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance management activities including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations.
  • Culture: Support a revitalized culture by embedding Superior’s values in all programs and initiatives.
  • Inclusion: Support inclusion initiatives as needed.
  • Mentor: Act as a mentor to the Talent Performance & Experience Specialist
  • Technology Enablement: Leverage technology and AI to optimize performance and engagement programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.  
 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field required. Master’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions. 
  • Working knowledge of different philosophies around talent management and employee experience, and a practical approach to implementing best practices.
  • Experience in multi-site and multi-national organizations preferred.

Work Location: Preference is for candidates to be within a commutable distance to our office locations in the greater Wayne, PA or Rochester, NY area. However, we recognize that the right talent can thrive from anywhere; fully remote candidates will be considered for the right fit.

Pay Transparency: The expected annual salary range for this role is $79,800 - $102,800 a year.
