Job Title: Production Recruiter  - Temporary

Department: Human Resources 

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiter will be responsible for the identification of talent needed to support and grow Trulieve's human capital, while supporting Trulieve's mission and values daily. The Recruiter is the Company's main point of contact for retail recruiting and serves as the primary reference to support this activity.

This is a mid-level position that is responsible for the day-to-day recruiting initiatives that are aligned with identifying talent. The position requires a strong foundation and an understanding of all applicable laws and recruiting regulations and guidelines. The Recruiter is responsible for carrying out principles and standards that support Trulieve's commitment to people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source candidates using effective, creative outreach techniques
  • Communicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews via email, phone, and ATS tools
  • Facilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiation
  • Maintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking system
  • Work closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and process
  • Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement
  • Represent Trulieve at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen employer branding
  • Support additional recruiting efforts and special projects as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline

  • You have 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter

  • You have experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques

  • You have experience recruiting for a variety of positions

  • Background recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments preferred

  • Experience working within ATS and HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas)

  • You are highly motivated, confident, and high-energy

  • Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results

  • You have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • You are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

  • You are organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up

  • You are a strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates

  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels

  • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion


ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening

WORK SCHEDULE

  • This role averages 45-50 working hours per week depending on business needs
