What You'll Do

    • Advising on interactions, contraindications, and product suitability
    • Supporting dosage and titration guidance
  • Ensure documentation, patient notes, and state reporting are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Minnesota OMC pharmacist role requirements, HIPAA, and company SOPs.
  • Partner with dispensary operations to ensure all patient encounters meet safe, secure, compliant standards aligned with company values.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, leveraging technology and efficient workflows to optimize pharmacist-patient interactions.
  • Provide medical and compliance guidance to on-site retail and patient care teams as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OMC requirements, best practices, and clinical cannabis pharmacology.
Who You Are
You are a detail-driven, highly dependable pharmacist committed to accuracy, patient care, and regulatory compliance. You demonstrate strong clinical judgment, uphold high standards of integrity, and bring a work ethic aligned with our company values including accountability, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
You thrive in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and use technology effectively to deliver safe, compliant patient support.
Why Join Us
